Very disappointed with Verizon wants to charge me for service that I didn’t use. Was notified by email that the wifi system that we had in use was capable of starting fires So I cut it off for I noticed that at times the box was getting hot. Version sent me a package to send it back, packing arrived and I sent it back. In the mean time I needed wifi so we got another service. Now they don’t want to take back the one send me for I don’t want there service anymore. I have never had this problem with other carriers. Upset customer wants out.

They were really busy when we stopped by, but the manager (Tom?) still made sure we felt appreciated and that our time was valued. Him and one of the other workers were very kind and we will continue to shop here for our phone service.

What could have been a horrible experience starting a week ago was saved and finessed by Hunter and Stephanie. Last week the manager (Brandi) was happy to let a customer who came in with 2 working phones leave with none. Hunter saved the day by coming up with a plan, which included coming back this week where Stephanie stepped up the plate and made sure we were beyond happy and understood everything. We were talking about how customer service seemed to have died in the pandemic, but thanks to those two we now know that we will be well taken care of.
