They don’t help you set up your phone anymore. It used to be when you replaced a broken phone or bought a new one you did not walk out of the store until everything was all set up, now you need an entire second appointment for it even though it only takes them less than five minutes to do. To add insult to injury when you return the phone you bought because they won’t help you set it up they charge you $50 restocking fee. Even when you try to vote with your dollar they find a way to deny you.I’m not disillusioned enough to think this review will have any negative impact on Verizon as like all financial giants they never face consequences, but maybe someone will see this and it will save them a headache and a couple bucks.

Was having issues with my iPhone X so I went here to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it or if I just needed to buy a new phone … when it was my turn to be helped I explained what was going on to just be told “I sell phones I don’t fix them”. Was totally rude to me and my grandmother, had no interest in helping me at all. So I left and went over to the vestal Verizon and was taken care of amazingly.

Sales associate within his phone more than he wanted to accommodate me. I kept saying I have money I want to spend but he just wanted to show me the watch on his wrist. I was there for an upgrade on my cell phone not a watch.
