I went there today to have some questions answered about the two phones I purchased on the verizon web page because they didn’t have the phone I wanted in their store. I was meet at the door and not allowed in because I didn’t have an appointment. I felt like I was being treated like some type of criminal. I had some other issues and wanted to make some more purchases but I seriously have to think if I want to do any future business with verizon. I have been a faithful Verizon customer for close to 30 years but I guess that customer service means absolutely nothing anymore. I will not be going back to this store for anything ever again.

The service is HORRIBLE. I have been at the store for over a week trying to upgrade my phone. They are HORRIBLE, added no value other than to tell me I need to call tech support to see if my data will transfer to a new phone because they do not know. Don’t waste your time coming to this store. Would like to give zero stars.
