Had an appointment that was booked for 4-430 in order to transfer a line and look for a new phone. When we got to the store for appointment, the booking never processed so the appointment was never created. Spoke to the manager at the front door outside due to COVID and was told they can’t help us and we have to do everything online so there is virtually no point to even having the store. Called the company and couldn’t even talk to a live person, we kept getting directed to the Chat online. The process sucks, the store staff was no help and sucked, was on the verge of calling it quits and leaving the company. If it wasn’t for the good service I would have left today due to the negligence of the store and online support. Thanks Verizon.
