Horrible experience, Manager Ricardo was rude and dismissed me when I told him I would purchased $10,000 of merchandise! And blew off like I was so homeboy thug! Chatting it with another customer making fun at me. And your security guard doing nothing to stop the situation! Left and call corporate Verizon which was on phone as well! People shouldn’t discriminate people because of what they dress like! And ganging up with a customer is disgusting! Never going back there, they screw up my whole entire with Verizon. I will be calling Verizon everyday to make that individual no longer works for Verizon. So, no one should ever go thru what I went thru! Haven’t stop crying
