This is the absolute worse Verizon store I have ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived a few minute past 7pm. Everything on there website and from the customer service person I spoke with earlier in the day said they were open until 8pm. I was only picking up an order I had already paid for online that was going to be returned the next day. They still had other people shopping in the store and it would have only taking less than 5 minutes to grab my order when their website is incorrect about the time. Instead of doing this simple favor for a long time customer, they decided to be rude and literally push me out of the store. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!! These people do not deserve to have jobs in customer service.

Today, I decided to buy a wireless ear bud. While I was ready to ask for guidance, Junior quickly observed and guided me inside the Verizon store. He was very kind, helpful and amazingly fast. He provided a WOW customer service to me. We need more Juniors like him that don’t wait for people to ask for help but immediately took action to assist. Thank you Junior for your extraordinary support, guidance and customer service.
