Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Regardless of how far any other store may be from you. Avoid this store to benefit yourself. The Verizon store in hicksville is much better and I’m sure any other store you go to will be better as well.

Classic telecom. I call in advance to be prepared for when I go in, wait 20 minutes on the phone, then take 20 minutes to drive there, just to be told by the manager in a very uncaring and rude tone that I needed someone specific to be there, while on the phone I asked about this directly. It’s wild to me. I can’t wait for big media to come into this space because at least they care about the customer.

I was told they couldn’t activate my phone because I purchase the phone from third party company (Amazon). The phone was verizon compatible phone. I was told never see this company phone and serial number is not recognized by verizon. I ask can you call verizon tech to help me. I was told no because this is want happen when you purchase no name and third party phone.Next day I call verizon to activate my new and sim card. First there was problem but they call the tech department to fix the issues. They said your phone should work now. The phone is working. They need better training at the verizon store. We been verizon customer for many year. Not everybody need expensive phone. My 93 old need phone is loud and large number.
