For one week I have been having problems with receiving and sending texts,when I first when to the store with my phone problems, the sale Reps/customer care, told me that you have prepaid service on 5G phone, yes I do,, because is cheaper for me, its $55 month, with the postpaid its about $95 dollars, i save over thirty dollar month, you need to transfer to postpaid so when can help you , if you don’t transfer to postpaid with the store,, you can call customer service to help with prepaid. Customer representative in the store need to have empathy and sympathy for customer when you have problems with their phones services.. Verizon cellular service is great when you transfer within usa. This is my act: Number that was given to me today, when I was leaving the store’s, I don’t require for it…..
