Horrible experience.Beautiful dress that my daughter purchased 9 months ago ended up in a great disappointment due to awful service and fitting experience .After 3 fittings that she asked to have waist fitted firmly she was told you cant alter the waist size .The alteration lady was rude, did not listen kept saying this fits perfectly i know better .Both my wife and my daughter were not happy with the fit from the beginning .They sold a custom dress over 10K, promising it will fit perfectly. AFTER 3 FITTINGS NOTHING WAS changed drove 2 hours each way to be disappointed each time. Asked for water because it was hot in a dressing room .Understanding no water is offered due to covid but didn’t have a bottle of water to give you when u left?Just rude and inconsiderate.

I purchased a vera wang engagement ring for my fiance in october.I proposed to her across the world in Italy, she was amazed by the ring.She was absolutely in love with it!Until literally 3 days later it had already lost 3 diamonds3 DAYS!?! 72 HOURS!?! Are you guys serious?The ring was NOT cheap! 5 figures not cheap.I took it to a professional jeweler, and he said the issue was the prongs used on the ring.Took it to kohls where i purchased it, and the clerk said she sees this with vera wang rings.ALL THE TIME. VERA WANG RINGS ARE CONSISTENTLY FALLING APART.Very unimpressed.The ring was a symbol of my love for her, and it fell apart 3 days after giving it to herEmbarassing, both for me, and your company.This is apparently standard practice by Vera Wang – using inferior prongs to secure diamond rings that are wildly overpriced.Ill be posting this review wherever i possibly can.
