I was impressed with their above and beyond customer service! I brought in my bike to have the tubes replaced, but Velocity found that I didn’t need new tubes but just air. They did not even charge me for filling my tires with air and reassembling my front tire! I highly recommend Velocity and am a customer for life!

Outstanding service. Brought my bike in for a stripped thru axle and they fixed it on the spot in just a few minutes. They also noticed my handlebars were installed wrong and fixed that immediately as well. Absolutely recommend for any bike service you may need!
