Extremely aggressive customer service. Just coming in for a small needed item, I felt like a quarterback being sacked by the whole defensive line.

The guy and the MOD that helped us were rude. The guy definitely was bad at his job and I gave him a hint that he was doing a bad job. To my surprise a different employee aka manager on duty came and handed us a pair of shoes that we requested but was also rude. I did tried a shoe that was in display and I totally understand if there were signs saying to not try them but the MOD came in and said do not try display shoes and as I was taking them off she handed out her hand and said give them to me now and walked away with them like I had some kind of disease. The approach that the manager had wasn’t the best. Her employees need more training but the lack of respect that the MOD has towards the customers is passed on to them which then reflects in the ratings.The only person that was nice here was the cashier, she smiled and asked us how we were, please leave the company before you become like them.

Always love this store! They always have the sizes I need, good clearance rack, nice folks, all the new vans in stock. Who doesn’t love vans?? 🙂
