Hi All,Great job Vans on hiring great people and treating them right.On Friday September 25th about an hour before closing we walked into the store to complete an exchange.The manager (did not catch her name) was amazing and attentive on all levels. Her team really jumped at the opportunity to take care of us.While helping my oldest with her exchange. The team took great care of my younger child. Fitting her for correct sizes and bringing out extra pairs to try on.Although we were there to exchange and on a time crush the team created a great experience.So much so than we ended up picking up socks and shoe protectant simply because.Wishing we had more time to shop, but had to skate. Bringing the whole team back over the weekend to pick up a few more items.All of this during the frustrations of COVID and county mask mandates.Great job Vans on hiring great people and treating them right.
