The bike is ok but I would avoid relying on this shop once you’ve got the bike – find another place you trust. I paid $120 for a tune-up less than a year after getting the bike (far more than they quoted me) and had to take it back three times for ensuing problems with the brakes. Then I dropped in to ask about a noise I was having trouble pinpointing and was told they wouldn’t even look at it without an appointment. This may be a management problem because the staff seems pretty perpetually overworked. At this point I just associate this place with frustration.

I’m from Canada, and was helped by phone and email by David, and he gave me incredible peace of mind securing my 2017 VanMoof Electrified S right before everyone went crazy when the weather got better and wanted one as well.When I finally arrived to pick it up, Tim was great. Even though they boxed her up super nice, it didn’t fit, but Tim was happy to unbox and take apart the bike to load her into the car. While he did that, David showed me how to use the bike, with all the tricks, and printed out some extra instructions for putting the bike back together just in case.VanMoof customer experience, in my opinion, is up there in the highest echelon! Even when I test rode in Berlin, the people working there were incredibly helpful and professional.I picked it up May the Forth, so I called her the Millennium Falcon. I expect to enjoy her tremendously! Amazing bikes!!!
