Went to Valley Hi Toyota to get an oil change and when I got there, they had me wait in the car for 20 mins, after they decided to help me out, I was told that the dealership was out of oil. To be honest, I never heard such a thing from a well known dealership. After waiting for a while in my car and after telling me that they can’t service my car due to shortage of oil, at least they could of offer me some type of compensation after making me wait for so long and wasting my time. Very disappointed with there service. Will not recommend this dealership to no one.
