Worst consumer experience of my life. My Polaris Ranger started burning oil with only a couple hundred hours of light use – that was bad enough. I made an appointment with Valley Cycle to get it checked out and repaired. That was December 4, 2020. It took them over FIVE MONTHS to fix it. FIVE MONTHS! Over that time I made probably 10 phone calls that were not returned. I believe I have spoken with my service rep 3 times. He says it’s fixed now – and the bill is $1,500, I still don’t know what the actual problem was. Imagine how long it would have taken if I didn’t have an appointment. Don’t buy a Polaris. Don’t take your rig to Valley Cycle

Jamal and Zane did an amazing job working with me to get my bike. Anytime I called they answered and helped answer my questions. Jamal was even willing to deliver to my house which was above an beyond what I expected any dealership to do for me. I really do appreciate them both and they really changed my perspective on my thoughts on Dealerships. I always tended to avoid them but after working with both of these guys, it really changed my perspective. Thank you again!
