we’ve gotten 2 cars from here, Toyota Camry and a Kia Sportage. and the staff are always very welcoming and honest, which is why we keep coming back. also, we’ve never had any problems with either of our cars! only minor issue we had was the alignment was a little off (expected with used cars) so we pulled up to the lot and they helped us our immediately. haven’t had any problems since.our current Kia Sportage is almost paid off so we visited the lot yesterday to hopefully purchase 2 more cars 🙂 my boyfriend always talks about how great the owner (Frank) is, as well as the staff.we appreciate you Valley Auto Center fam!

We purchased a vehicle on a Saturday, and after a few setbacks with the cleaning and tires, it was finally ready for us to retrieve the following Wednesday. However, we found out on that Wednesday that there had been damage to the car’s frame from an accident. This was a deal breaker for us, as the frame’s integrity is paramount for safety. We decided to not go through with the purchase. The people were all very nice and helpful, but we’ll probably stick with private parties after this experience.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Found a truck we really liked and put down $500.00 down payment. Six weeks later still don’t have the truck. First it was the timing belt then it needed a new motor. Finally a new motor came in and that one was no good. They said it would be another 5 weeks. Today my husband went and got our deposit back. Through the whole 6 weeks they never called us to give us updates. We kept calling at least once a week to find out the status of the truck. Never will we deal with them again.
