Poor customer service. I dropped off my sewing machine, and when I asked when it would be ready, the owner started giving me an attitude. Said you sound anxious. Then went on about how he was doing me a favor by making my fix a priority, and how ppl leave their appliances and don’t pick it up for a month. Hope he sees this review and starts treating his clients with respect. After all, he charges a lot of money for very small fixes. $98 to correct the tension on my sewing machine.
