I purchased a sofa love seat. This was the 3rd set different model. My brother in law sat on the end of the loveseat. Immediately, I heard something crunch. Upon inspection the frame appears to have bent. This too happened to both ends of the couch. I’d only had this set to 2 months.I was told they would give me a numberto a guy for repairs. Nothing he could do.

If I could give this place a ZERO star I would. I got furniture (a couch, a kitchen table, and a chest) delivered from here and the very next day I seen roach looking bugs. I seen 4 bugs in 3 days and after doing some research I realize they were German cockroaches. I had to have Terminix come spray to get rid of them. After they sprayed I opened up the drawers on the chest to find another roach laying dead inside of one. I don’t even feel safe putting my kids clothes in it so I’m calling them to come pick this stuff up tomorrow. I HATE bugs… the people are really nice in there but its most definitely not worth the infestation.

I got a kitchen table in OctoberWhen it was delivered it had a big chunk of wood tooling from the side then I called them and they kept promising me they were going to replace before Thanksgiving then it went before Christmas then it went before new year now it is 2021 not ok I am not happy don’t go there.
