I have been going here forever and so has my father. They had repaired my old vacuum(handle, belt, unclog and more) several times. We took the vacuum in recently and spoke with one of the workers(possible owner) we asked about our oreck that was over 30 yrs old. The worker stated that our vacuum works great on smaller carpet such as the thick stuff you see on airplanes and some hotels. However it would not work well on shag or much longer carpets. We spoke for a little while about the different models and types including Dyson, oreck and several others. We finally settled on a brand I have never heard of, Sebo. Granted this model is very expensive and granted I feel I got a bit of an up sell. IT WAS WORTH IT. I’m really glad we paid for this thing. In one use it has almost filled the bag with actual dirt, my home is really clean but dang this thing really does some cleaning. I will certainly continue to go back, THIS PLACE HAS MY BUSINESS
