Vacuum was serviced price was reasonable. Unfortunately, we did not receive a phone call nor message that our item was ready for pickup. We went during hours listed however building was closed. Then the Texas Freeze storm occurred which impacted our area. Suggestion would be to confirm pick up date and hours. As even calling them and leaving messages we did not receive a call back. Other than lack of communication for pick up gets the job needed done.

Have purchased vacuum supplies like bags, belts & shampoo here for years. All my new machine purchases have been made here. The vacuums are so much better in quality than any thing you’ll ever buy from a box store. I learned long ago I can spend $260 once on a Riccar or buy 3 Hoovers/Bissle/Dirt Devil in the same time span. I also have a Kirby G5 purchased in 1999 that still works awesome, still my go to vac. You get what you pay for.
