On 7 Apr 2021, I had an appointment at 09:45 to receive my second COVID-19 vaccine, I arrived early for the appointment, and didn’t receive my vaccine until after 14:00. I was very disappointed with the process, over four hours is too long of a wait time when you’re scheduled for an appointment, and to complicate matters, I’m a diabetic, I ate breakfast, and traveled for an hour to only have to wait for four hours to receive my vaccine. This facility have to do much better with servicing their veterans.

Pharmacy takes forever to fill your meditation. I had to wait over 3 hours one time. The pharmacy techs didn’t lose my order, they are just very lazy here. The nurses are great, but if you have to come to the VA Tuskegee location, bring you’re breakfast, lunch, and dinner because it’s going to be long painful day.
