The store had a limited selection and presentation as this was a cold Thursday in the winter and I was a little skeptical at first. Vincenzo, the owner, made me a believer by the time we left. We mentioned to him a couple cheeses and styles that we liked and he was able to recommend an aged Gouda from Holland and a sheep’s milk cheese from France that were both phenomenal. Swing by the Flour City Bakery for a Levain loaf and you have you’ll be the Sheriff of Flavor Town.
