UWE’s Bakery & Deli.. What else can be said. First, I will be honest and mention that I have not eaten at or partaken in the Deli side of things, I will say the breads look and smell amazing. The service has always been great even through COVID, I stop in every time I go through New Braunfels, and get my mom a slice of German Chocolate Cake (Its the best in the area), as I will have to find a new mom because my mom will disown me if I don’t. I have other pastries there and all are quite good.

Deliciously fresh! Ordered the quiche on my first visit and it was so good I came back the very next day to try a Caprise sandwich with chicken on a cheese roll. So yummy!

Great bread and pastry. The service is awesome, and I love what they did to the place (renovations). I highly recommend the German sunflower seed bread, my favorite.
