Never started unloading until 2hours after delivery appointment. No driver unloading. Outrageous lumper fee. Legalized extortion at its finest. Another 45 minutes to get bills after a text saying they were ready. It’s a Dump.

Arrived at 0530 for 0600 appt. Drove to the gate, took my bills with my cell number on it, 2 min later they call me and give me a door. 5 min after Parked capstone start downloading me. Not too bad after all the bad reviews.
