Everything was great except one thing – it took forever to get the couch. Three months. They did communicate with me the whole time, and never ghosted me. Every time I called or checked in the store for an update they readily gave me the info, which was appreciated.And I know that right now most places are experiencing serious delays, but it did still affect my ability to give five stars.

Easy experience. I went in to buy a washing machine. The salesman was courteous and informative, he didn’t try to push me into a machine out of my price range or beyond my needs. I think it only took about 30 minutes to walk in, get thoroughly informed on each washer, make my selection and pay. Easy experience.

Great and friendly service! I called multiple times before with questions which were all answered and then in store same person helped me so I didn’t have to repeat any of my conversations. He also helped find a item on manager special for $500 less than what I had originally picked from online.
