TEMPORARY PARK CLOSURE The health and well-being of your children and our Urban Air Family is of utmost importance to us. Following the lead of area schools, and out of an abundance of caution, we have chosen to close our park, Urban Air Beaumont, temporarily beginning Monday, March 16. It is important that we all do our part to contribute positively and proactively to keeping our community healthy. Our plan is to provide further communication on the reopening of the Park Saturday, March 28th, pending a review of the best medical information from the CDC and guidelines from local authorities.

Overall I was impressed by the equipment and layout of the facility.

Fun! They offer lots of fun activities. My kids loved it. It cost $25 for 1 child to experience ALL the activities for 2 hours. I feel this was reasonable. We will be back! I recommend a visit.Tip: Don’t wear dark colored clothing. If possible, wear bright or florescent colors. The majority of the play areas have black lights so bright colors are easy to see. Dark clothes make the children almost impossible to see.

The nastiest and most unclean place I have ever been in. Trash littered everything. I got there at 10 when it opened. I just wanted to get up and mop the floor. No one is taking care of that place. I can only imagine the ball pit where I can’t see things. Germ city. I feel ridiculous for paying $70 for this trash. I was there the first week it opened a year ago and today everything is in shambles. The trampoline had a big gaping hole in the corner where kids could fall through and hurt their-self. Lots of things weren’t open like the rock climbing or other courses. Almost no staff to run the place. It was very empty and we had to wait at the different areas to do things such as the zip lining.

Literally a waste of money. Some spots were closed for unknown reasons. On top of that one area had a sign that read something like “Ask a team member for access” so I did as one was walking by. He huffed and puffed while rolling his eyes because I asked him to do his job. He then placed a mat over the opening to that area to give the impression it’s closed…. super rude and killed the mood of being there. Really don’t recommend going unless you are 5 years or younger. Waste of money.
