We shipped 2 coolers of venison though this store. They Charged us $246 dollars. The tracking number provided to us never once worked, the package was never scanned for delivery. I called every day to find out what was happening and each time I was told everything was fine. 2 weeks later, the meat was destroyed and they will not give us a refund.I went to the hub here in Colorado where the shipment was going, everyone in the place assured me 2 things: we were way over charged, and that proper documentation of this package was never initiated, not even from before it left the Horseheads NY Store.All I want is a refund, but when I call the store for several weeks, they tell me oh i have a customer I cant talk to you But wait, I am your customer too right? I got a callback from Sarah who is the manager and the only person who can refund me. She was furious that someone called her to help me, she yelled at me on the phone that it was our fault and she will not even give us back what she overcharged us.These people are monsters, go support USPS where they will take care of your packages and always give a refund if they package doesn’t make it. Protect yourself from franchise model businesses because every level of this kind of business arrangement is a grift. At each level this problem is just passed to another person and if you eventually talk to the store owner or manager they will scream at you.
