Great place to drop off UPS items for shipment. Easy parking ans 2 ADA spots in front of the store.

New owners raised prices but still get same lackluster service

I do not know her name, but the same driver delivers to our neighborhood regularly and she’s excellent. I received two somewhat heavy packages today and another delivery truck was blocking the road. The driver hand delivered them to my front door with a smile. Same high level of service every time.

NICE PLACE AND VERY FRIENDLY

I think it’s unacceptable that there is no live person that you can speak to when you have an issue. I have lived in an apartment building downtown for four years and never had a problem receiving my packages. Now all of a sudden whoever handles our building has decided that they don’t like getting in the elevator and coming upstairs and our packages are left in an unsecured area. UPS and FedEx are the only two companies that are allowed codes, and fobs to enter our building. I want my package is delivered to my door. That’s what I’m paying for. I would appreciate being contacted by UPS, because you make it quite difficult for us to reach you by design
