These guys are the best. Whether I’m shipping a box that has special handling, international, super critical next day items, the staff are on top of it.

Comedy of errors working with this business. Just have to laugh how many processes they quote as they show how those processes were broken and then they break another process while you are watching. Careful, if they can’t deliver because they can’t read the address or any little thing is wrong, instead of doing the smart step and sending it back to the original sender they find any same name in an address book and just forward it to that stranger. Once done they refuse to go look for it or leave a note for the stranger explaining it was delivered improperly and to return it. They will just drop your package randomly and wash their hands of it. At least the people at the location are polite as they tell you they messed up but can’t help you. They refer you to the 800 number where you get treated like crud. They say you are lying and all the stuff you say is not true. They put you on eternal hold when asking for a supervisor and then disconnect you. They laugh at you and then hang up. Sorry but UPS should go out of business other services lose packages but offer solutions.
