I wish I could give them a 0 star but unfortunately I’m forced to give a 1 star. I’ve waited a week & a half for my package & the UPS didn’t deliver my package the day they were suppose to. I finally receive my package but the box was damage & my product was damaged (broken). The bottom & side of the box has small holes (as if man handled & dropped a few time’s). As I pulled my product out of the box, little small black pieces fell out & you could hear raddling. I looked at the bottom of my product & it was cracked & broken on the very bottom & the lid was also very loose. The box is clearly marked fragile but the UPS didn’t handle with care. The box had a bunch of broken black plastic pieces all over the bottom of it. I took a bunch of pictures, picked up as much of the black broken pieces as I could & placed them in a small ziplock baggie & repackaged it as it was & called the UPS which they said they would pick up the package the next day so that they can do a damage inspection which will take 2-3 business day’s & I won’t hear back from them for about 1-2 week’s to find out what will happen next. So then I contacted the UPS & they claim they sent it back to the sender & can’t give me any more details but wanted me to give them the sender full information. I think the UPS is full BS & full of a bunch of scammers & I honestly just want my product back so I can take it down to get it fixed myself & to not have to deal with the UPS ever again! I’m sad, upset & disappointed & will never recommend using the UPS! I will be using FedEx for now on!
