Three different times UPS says they attempted a delivery but no one was home. I was home every time. The drivers get lazy and don’t do their job and then they deliver the packages late. You pay for a service and shipping time, you should be able to depend on them doing their job and not lie about attempts to deliver as I watch them drive on by without trying at all.

Dishonesty, or a mistake? You decide. UPS doesn’t deliver, or even attempt to deliver a package but later reports no one was home to sign for it. This is during the COVID Quarantine pandemic, and I was home for the last several weeks. I mean, I can’t go surfing, to church, or play catch with my daughter or I might get arrested, so I’m staying home like I am supposed to. When I got the notice there was a delivery attempt, I thought I might have lost consciousness for several hours since I never heard a knock on the door or the doorbell ring.When I checked my surveillance cameras what did I see? There was no attempt to deliver the package, he didn’t even walk up to my door. He walked past my entryway and down the street. He returned to his van and drove away.So, the question is: Why lie about trying to deliver a package? This is exactly the UPS driver’s job, their purpose. If not, then what is it?I can wait for the package, I get that they are busy during this quarantine mess. But, why lie about it? And, now I have to go (break quarantine) and go pick it up from an access point. Is UPS going to refund part of the delivery cost to the sender since it wasn’t technicially delivered? Doubtful.

Had to ship out a few packages, the other day I tried and because of covid-19 the hours of operation were slightly different. Was able to ship most of my packages. Quick and easy. Customer service was on point and helpful.
