If there is less than one start i would give them that. I have ordered a package in express next day delivery and paid much extra just to get my package delivered on time. They did not deliver it and the only phone number they have dont let you talk to an agent even when you press 0 . Would not use UPS everrrrrrr such a bad customer service

Lazy drivers UPS, drove 30mins, highly recommend FedEX and Amazon. Excuses are cannot find address, to lazy to walk. Moved from LA, San Diego UPS is a joke.

I won’t go into details because there is not enough space here to describe the nightmare I been living with for the past week. Absolutely the worst customer experience of my life! I paid for 2 day delivery. I was supposed to have the package on 2/19/21. Today is 2/27/21, and no package. Their tracking website says that my package left their facility on the way to my home on the 23. I called customer support and was told I would get a call from a supervisor at 10 am today. So far, no call. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give UPS a rating of -10 to the nth power. DON’T USE UPS! (Every one of the negative reviews here got the same lame boilerplate reply. That’s how much they DON’T care. A real person will never even read these reviews!).
