Will send you emails stating a time frame of delivery but will deliver packages when they feel like it. You can contact customer service but it will get you no where. Can also try asking for a manager or supervisor but good luck with that as well.

I came to pick up a box that was missing from my delivery on 6/7/18. I was told that that box was entered into the computer as damaged and that was all they could do. I find it hard to believe that a partly open box was missing all of its contents. I called corporate and they said I can’t put a compliant in because they already entered it into the computer. The manager at the location is Reginal Johnson (not sure if name is spelled correctly or if he even is the manager). The person I spoke to at customer service is William ID number NPT1GAD ( again no way of official verifying this information) obviously their “oh well” attitude makes the ordinal more frustrating.

They claimed that the shipper called and delayed the shipment of the package. They have no accountability or work ethics. Where is the pride in working anymore? Where is the taking ownership these day? I am going to make sure I go back using the USPS. Its sad that I have give them a star!
