HORRIBLE!!! Just HORRIBLE store. Only open four like 5 minutes a day. Hours aren’t posted correctly on the website OR at the location. The drop box is TOO small for BIG packages. You have NO choice but to drive to Chelsea or Birmingham if you work at 5pm. What a joke. UPS makes PLENTY of money at this distribution center to afford tti hire someone to come to the front tiki help customers. I mean at the Chelsea store, it’s TINY, the 1 here is bigger, but at Chelsea, they have a nicer store AND people to help you. UPS should be asHAMED for this place!!!
