Plenty of merchandise, but too few staff members are trained (or can assist) with online ordering and apparel returns. Parking is easy, but again, a lot of time was wasted because of staff training. Mind you, the store was pretty empty when I visited on two different occasions.

Everything is overpriced but I guess you’re paying for the convenience of finding everything school related in one place. In the end they had fast service and helpful employees to help chose graduation items.

Well developed procedures to pick up books due to Covid-19. Staff is knowledgeable to the lay out of books and other items for classes. Staff is courteous and kind.
