The receptionist at this place is a joke. The staff makes it very difficult to get the correct information regarding any question you have. Do not bother going there if you value your time and your patience.

My husband and I have had some very unusual and serious eye problems over the years. We’ve been able to see the doctors immediately and they were able to diagnose and repair problems. They were thorough and patient–not rushing us through. They took the time to explain what had happened and how to proceed.The office staff are exceptionally professional. In addition to being kind and pleasant, they know what they are doing–very efficient (a rarity in most medical offices).

Showed up 30min early to our appointment, only to not see the Doctor until over 2 HOURS past our scheduled time. If you have blatantly mismanaged your business and overbooked what you can handle, might I suggest contacting your clients as your day progresses and seeing if you can reschedule at their convenience? Especially clients driving an hour or more for your expertise. Professional staff, poor time management. For our first experience at this clinic we will not be returning.
