Have only lived here a month and a half and am constantly getting tracking info that says *your package was delivered in your parcel locker!* only to have nothing in there. Sometimes several days later it will show up, or it will be delivered to the neighbors and their stuff delivered to me. It has caused a LOT of issues for only living here a short period of time. I understand that the delivery people are human and make mistakes… but come on this is RIDICULOUS. In the past 8 days THREE times my stuff has not been delivered when it said it was or it was left locked in a neighbors box.

Nice Postal Employees and that may be true. Have had 3 different residences in Sitka over 15 yrs and at each one have had to deliver neighbors mail that was in my mail and had them give me mine. Multiple formal complaints over those years have not resolved anything. Have had packages never arrive in the yrs and wonder if someone else received it and just kept. Will never know because the tracking number just reports that it was delivered. I write this as I have 2 of a neighbors packages to give them when they get home as the key for the oversize mail was put in my inbox.
