This is the worst costumer experience I have ever had. Not a single driver can locate my house. Yet the pizza boy straight from high school can with ease. UPS does. Amazon does. But USPS? No. This government run agency is useless. I constantly have to do their job for them risking my own health driving and picking up my package when it should have been delivered to begin with. Utterly useless. If I had a choice to not use then I would have by now.

1) When my usual mail carrier was on vacation, the substitute carrier refused to deliver my mail for over a week due to a snow berm at 1/3 of my gates.2) I asked to shop a calendar media mail and was told that isn’t allowed (it is).3) I was shipping a Christmas gift in a LED bulb box and was told that wasn’t allowed as LED bulbs contain mercury and they have to assume that whatever the box says is what is in the box. LED bulbs do not contain mercury.
