I’m at home, actually, the whole family is at home.

Wow – the service here is amazing! They were able to help me figure out how to send my passport to a consulate for a visa, and they were super kind the whole time. Also very good at social distancing! 10/10

This is not the first time. I’m at home, actually, the whole family is at home. We were waiting the package to arrive all the time. And we received a notice that indicated “no authorized recipient available”. Excuse me?! it’s pandemic, we wfh 9:00-6:00. We have everybody here can sign it! And a notice left in the mailbox without ringing or knocking the door. I just don’t understand. What you need to do is just take few more steps to ring the bell or knock the door. And mailbox?! Seriously? Mailbox indeed can not give a signature.
