Today 5/4 @12:15. The store is insane with 1 staff!!! Also the staff has no idea the line customer is long that is even wrap outside the door. The staff is waiting customer to look at the phone and fill out something. Did he not even know how to handle when customer is not ready !!!!

I’ve recently moved near this USPS location and my experience has been terrible. I have never had issues with packages/mail not being delivered, but since I moved, I have not received packages even though they’ve been marked as “delivered.” They never answer the phone and they are very irritable when speaking to customers. It’s disappointing.
