Without question, the worst USPS location I’ve ever visited. Not only that, it’s likely the worst business, PERIOD, that I’ve ever seen. No one ever answers the phone. The workers at the front act like you are the bane of your existence because you show up looking for a package that THEY lost. I had to argue with the front desk for 5 full minutes to convince them just to LOOK for it. When they finally decided to try, the package was found. The look on the woman’s face was one of pure defeat. That priceless look was the only good thing about my visit. Will NEVER use this post office again.

There is a customer service woman at post office in Pecos, Texas that lack customer skills. Very rude with everyone. May be burned. Working with people you must be nice. Alternate or something, don’t be mad. Postmaster must think you’re a good worker.
Jason Smith
Terrible attitude. Unpredictable Mail delivery times from the mailman. 8 am one day. 4 pm the next. Ridiculous.
