Small location that seems to be understaffed.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant and answered any questions I had.

But they won’t do any thing until after 8pm, by which time the office is closed!

I’m very disappointed in one particular clerk at our local post office.500,000 Americans have lost their lives to COVID so far. Not to mention the rest of the world. You can stand to wear a mask. Also, it is mandated county-wide.I went to the post office to pick up a package and a clerk was not wearing a mask whatsoever as well as one other customer.I explained that I recently lost a family member due to COVID and that I didn’t feel comfortable with her not wearing a mask so I asked that she put one on. Not to mention, it IS THE LAW.She exhibited absolutely no empathy and refused, telling me to go to the other clerk then.Wow. Just wow. I am dumbfounded. She is putting everybody at the post office at risk. All the workers and customers. And does not care at all that I lost my mother last year.I’d expect more from our community.

Quick and easy! Great service.

This post office would not deliver amazon package to my apartment complex. Instead of leaving the package in the parcel box (like usps usually does everywhere else) they left a note saying that they could not access the gate/door. I went to post office to retrieve my packages (two separate occasions) and was told they don’t deliver packages due to COVID-19, only letters. If you’re already there delivering letters, just leave the package in the parcel box!!! Now you’re making the general public come to your office and have personal interaction to pick up packages that you could have delivered with no contact!!!
