Multiple issues with carrier not picking up pkgs. Have called and complained numerous times with no results. They over promise and under deliver! Not happy at all.

I’ve had 2 packages lost just this week. The mail carrier said she put both packages in my box but fortunately for me, we have a camera on our box that clearly shows no package! The only explanation I’ve gotten since explaining this and offering to provide proof is that my packages are lost and someone will be contacting me. Still no word and no package! Disgusted is an understatement! Very unprofessional service
