There are never enough people to deal with customers in line!!

Absolutely horrible, the service is slower than molasses in January, the building is filthy and needs serious cleaning, waited in line for about an hour just to be told they can’t resolve my issue. They never answer the phone , mail is constantly delivered to wrong addresses. Overall horrible waste of time when I picture hell this place is it!

It’s ok for me, it’s convenient and a little fays pace coming form New York City it’s actually organized a little better. I’ve never had a problem and the most I’ve ever stood online was for 5-7 minutes and they are very helpful and insightful.

The line is almost always huge here and usually reaches all the way out to the door. Quite frequently there is only one or two tellers working too, so it tends to move very slowly. However most of the people working the counters are pretty helpful and friendly, just swamped. I did get some needed assistance from one of them today with acquiring some various priority mail boxes. She even went in back to get me some of the triangle poster “tube” ones. Very helpful.
