I send a lot of packages overseas and have visited many post offices. The worker at this office in downtown Syracuse was the most professional and friendly person I have ever met. I failed to get the name tag, but I will do just that and update this review.

No official notification that they were not going yo deliver my mail any longer. In fact, the female mailperson was argumentative when i aaked her if she had my mail. She said I told my supervisor your business is never open when I deliver whichi is not not true. She comes at all different times of the day and then she proceeded to talk about the owner of our company on how he is sonetimes there and sometimes not there and she made light of his schedule. Unprofessional and uncalled ffor comments lastly none of your business lady..do your job. Very disappointed with the lack of service and professionalism. Feel free to cobtact me if you read your reviews.

I moved to Syracuse from San Francisco a little over a month ago. I’m originally from New Orleans. I’ve never had this much trouble with a single post office in my entire life. I understand that they don’t deliver on Sundays, but they don’t need to lie and say they tried to deliver to me on a Sunday when I was home all day and there was no notification on my phone that anyone attempted to deliver. Again, they lied about trying to deliver on a Wednesday for a package that needed to be signed for. They didn’t notify me at all. I tried to call to get the package delivered, and they said the hold was a minimum of 30 minutes. I hate this post office. I wish all of my online shopping could be shipped with anyone else.
