Worst post office ever. Ever since my husband died a few months ago the just seem to not want to deliver my mail. I have complained that the lied and never delivered a large check from my lawyer which had to be signed for and I was home all day. No knock on the door and they never drive down the driveway either. They were told to deliver the next day and again never even attempted it. Then they shove a package that does not fit in my mail box breaking it and now if I don’t fix my mail box in about a week they are going to suspend my delivery. How is that for a newly widowed person. And all because I complained. Well guess what they are getting another complaint higher up this time. No wonder the post office is going under. I will start paying for different delivery.

The Auburn USPS is responsible for Sunday Amazon delivery for surrounding areas, the problem is the Postmaster at this location never has his drivers deliver Amazon packages on Sunday! They just mark the packages “ready for pickup” at the post office and waits until Monday to send them to the local post offices! This has been an ongoing problem for months and no changes have been made. Debating on whether or not I want to make a complaint to the postmaster general.

DONT! Pay priority mail they charge extra and say its 3 day shipping and give you deliver date and now I gotta wait past that date! It turned into 7 day shipping and a scam for extra shipping cost. I’m not mad at our post office employees some do their best some of them do care and they dont have the most fun job. No matter they’re job gets done in any weather conditions. Its government policy and amounts you pay and get screwed on is what I’m mad about.
