I’ve been using this post office for years; it’s the absolute best. Love the ladies behind the counter. They’re well knowledgeable, really fast, and ALWAYS polite. Nothing but love.

We had numerous articles to mail with associated USPS attachments; express, priority, certified return-receipt, etc, and while filling through a long line of patrons, came to the desk with several items not correctly labeled. The clerk quickly and politely helped us correct the errors got us on our way. She was wonderful!

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered! They’re answering system has you running in circles for hours on end without any resolution. When I was finally able to get my call transferred to an actual service member, they told me the wait time was going to be 30-40 minutes. Do not recommend shipping anything through the USPS and only using private companies like UPS or Fedex.
