Great customer service, I came in several times to ship out pretty large items and I was completely clueless.. Every staff member greeted me and helped me out it was excellent! Great cheap rates! Helpful and kind people! A gentleman named Justin made my day delightful. Thank you USPS!

Slow lousy customer service. Always a line. They have locked me out of my po box 2 years in a row and charged a fee for not renewing in time. No notice of renewal being due was seen by me. No way to do automatic renewal on-site. Unhelpful government employees.
