If I could give less than one star I would. The people who work at this post office are beyond rude. All of them. If you have a problem, don’t expect the managers to help you, especially the post master who is the most condescending woman I have ever spoken with. They could care less about any issues you may have. Instead of helping you, they will turn you away and have a sorry, that’s too bad attitude. Terrible customer service. Words of advice – unhappy managers breed unhappy employees, no one is forcing you to be there. You’re a public facing worker, so treat the public with respect. Especially when the customers are being respectful and polite!
