What an absolutely horrific experience. I went up to the counter to mail something, and the guy helping me went into the back, and never came back. So I stood there as everyone on line checked out even though I got there before them. Worst customer service ever.

Apparently my package has been sitting in the Levittown post office since April 10th. Wow it’s lost in transit. What a joke.

This post office is the worse place to get passport services. I had a 1:30pm and arrived much earlier. They told me I was missing a document and I ran next to UPS to get it printed out and was back at 1:35 and he said he could not see me anymore which is ridiculous. I took the day off to come in and he said I was going to back him up. There really inconsiderate.
